/ Kurz gesagt
A more premium look than most review apps, but paid. When Klaviyo Reviews is the better choice over Judge.me.
Durstladen
Klaviyo Reviews is our premium alternative to Judge.me. Reviews look more refined, and that matters most for brands where every detail of the presentation has to be right. The app is a separate Klaviyo product and, in our experience, can be used without running Klaviyo as your newsletter tool. It's only free for very few orders. For most stores, Judge.me remains our default.
Reviews belong on every product page, but they have to fit the brand. For most stores, the solid presentation of Judge.me is enough, and it's free. For luxury brands and brands with a very distinctive look, though, it can quickly feel too plain.
This is where Klaviyo Reviews plays to its strength: the widgets look calmer and more premium. If you're willing to pay for it, you get a presentation that doesn't make the product look cheaper.
For most stores, Judge.me is enough, free and with a decent look. Klaviyo Reviews pays off when the look of your reviews really matters for your brand and you're willing to pay for it. How reviews actually sell is covered in 5 Rules for Reviews That Sell.
Do I need Klaviyo as my newsletter tool? Not in our experience. Klaviyo Reviews is a separate product. If you already use Klaviyo, you benefit from the two working together.
What's the difference from Judge.me? Mainly the presentation. Judge.me is free and solid, Klaviyo Reviews looks more premium and costs money.
Can I take my reviews with me? Yes, previous reviews can be imported.
Will you set up Klaviyo Reviews for us? Yes, including import and adaptation to your theme. If you first want to know which apps your store really needs, our Audit is the fastest route.
