Will I lose my Google rankings?

A migration is always an intervention. With a redirect for every old URL, carried-over SEO data and a page structure kept as close as possible, you keep the risk small.

How long does a migration take?

That mainly depends on the amount of data and the features of your old store. After the data check, you get a fixed launch day.

Will my old store keep running?

Yes, until launch day. We only switch the domain once the new store is tested.

What happens to customer accounts?

Customers, addresses and past orders all move over. Passwords are encrypted and can’t be transferred with any provider. That’s why your customers get an invite and activate their account with one click.

Can we redo the design at the same time?
