For photographers without their own production workflow, the second is almost always better. WhiteWall stands for gallery quality, and that's exactly what customers expect from fine-art prints.

What to watch out for

• Product model first. Which motifs in which formats and materials? The more combinations, the more variants. Settle this before you create products.
• Paying WhiteWall. Your customers pay you. You pay WhiteWall for production, according to the provider via a payment link on the first order and then via stored payment details.
• WhiteWall's brand. WhiteWall appears visibly as the producer, and the works carry a quality seal. For many photographers that's a plus, but check whether it fits your brand.

When you don't need WhiteWall

If you produce yourself or work with your own lab, you don't need the app. WhiteWall isn't meant for cheap mass-market posters either.
