Shopibrands provides custom digital services related to Shopify development, design, consulting and technical implementation.
Due to the nature of these services, the following applies.
No Returns
Shopibrands does not sell physical products.
All services provided are digital services and custom project work.
Therefore, returns are not applicable.
No Refunds
Due to the individualized nature of the services provided, payments for services are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Governing Terms
All services provided by Shopibrands are governed by the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
The GTC contain the binding provisions regarding:
• payment terms
• advance payments
• acceptance of services
• project completion and responsibility transfer
In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of the GTC shall prevail.
